The computer must be located in the United States. The software can only be used by faculty or teaching staff or in University-owned labs. You can run this product on up to two computers for your sole use. For Windows & Macintosh, the same password may be used. For Linux & UNIX, you must register the second install to receive the second password.

This is a subscription license that expires on September 1, 2011. The software will cease to function on that date unless you purchase a new license at that time.
