Order History

All purchases are listed in My Account › Order History. Select an order number to view full details, downloads, and license information.

Order Number
Each order has an eight-digit number beginning with E. Include this number when contacting WebStore support.
Download Links
If your purchase includes downloadable software, links appear here. Versions are kept current automatically, and updates are available throughout your subscription term when maintenance is included.
Product Keys
Some software requires an activation key. If applicable, it will be listed in your Order Details.
Installation & Quick Start Guides
Most products include installation instructions or a Quick Start Guide. You can also browse the full installation guide index . Complex vendor documentation may be included directly with download files.
Network License Information
Some applications use shared network licenses (for example, Abaqus, COMSOL, or Ansys). If applicable, your Order Details will list the license manager hostname required to activate the software.
Member Profile Information
Update your contact details under My Account › My Profile. Always use your university email address—personal email addresses may prevent proper license registration.
