What to do after checkout, including registration, activation, renewals, and installation instructions.
After completing your order, look for a registration link on the final confirmation page. Registration is often required to associate your information with the license management system.
If you don’t see the link immediately, check My Account › Order History › Order Details. Registration forms open in WebTools and submitting one automatically creates a ticket for WebStore staff. Responses are sent to your university email address.
A new registration request is often required at the start of each new subscription term, even for renewals.
Some software requires a serial number, product key, or activation code during installation. If applicable, this information is provided in Order Details along with usage instructions.
License or service activation may take up to a few hours after registration is completed.
Most WebStore software subscriptions follow a semester or annual cycle, commonly renewing in June or December. If your purchase includes an expiration date, it is listed directly in the product title.
Renewal reminder emails are sent to current subscribers approximately two weeks before the license expiration date.
Installation instructions and documentation are typically linked in Order Details. You can also return to the installation guide index at any time for reference.
